RNA interference (RNAi) is a naturally occurring cellular mechanism to regulate gene expression.
RNAi-based therapeutics leverage the natural cellular mechanism of RNAi to modulate target gene expression by delivering synthetic small RNAs, such as small interfering RNA (siRNA), Antisense Oligo (ASO) and microRNA (miRNA).
A thorough understanding of biodistribution, functional efficacy, as well as on-target and off-target deliveries of the therapy is critical for successful development of these therapeutics.
RNAscope™ in situ hybridization assay guides to visualize changes in targeted cells and tissues with spatial context using both protein and RNA biomarkers.
miRNAscope™ and RNAscope™ Plus assays provide spatial and cell-specific information about therapeutic biodistribution of small RNAs and their functional efficacy within intact tissues from animal models and patient biopsies.
We use proprietary oligo probes designed to target short RNAs and mRNAs in conventional FFPE, frozen tissues, or cultured cells.
You will also learn about our flexible, scalable multi-omics service offerings with expert RNAscope Professional Assay Services (PAS) including early access to new assay capabilities.
