Advanced Cell Diagnostics, a brand of Bio-Techne, is proud to announce the 2022 RNAscope Grant Program for Spatial Biology. The goal of this program is to support innovative research studies designed to advance the understanding of life.
See the “Where” for every “What” by revealing the cellular and sub-cellular location in tissues.
Understand the “Why” by digging deeper.
RNAscope is the gold standard in RNA tissue imaging, backed by over 5,000 research publications. Enabling interrogation of up to 12 different RNA targets in a single FFPE tissue section or up to 48 targets in fixed-frozen or fresh frozen samples, you can easily visualize just the genes you want in any tissue or organism. With access to over 40,000 catalog probes and fast, custom probe design, you can answer your next questions with confidence. If you don’t have access to a histology or imaging core, that’s fine too. RNAscope can be easily performed in your lab using a standard fluorescent microscope.
Often used as a complement to RNAseq, single cell sequencing (scRNA-seq), and spatial profiling applications, with RNAscope you can:
Submission is easy. Just send a short summary describing how you would propose using RNAscope to advance your research goals. Winning entries will receive a RNAscope detection kit (along with appropriate probe sets, controls, and sample prep reagents) to support their research project free of charge. Award recipients will be announced by September 16, 2022.
