If you’re presenting at AAI 2025 Annual Meeting, IMMUNOLOGY2025™, held in Honolulu, Hawaii from May 3–7, 2025, we can help you get there. Submit your accepted abstract for a chance to win $500 to be used for conference-related expenses. Four winners will be selected by random drawing and notified via email by April 4, 2025.

ELIGIBILITY: Researchers from an academic or non-profit institution (e.g., technician, PhD/graduate student, post-doc, or principal investigator). Must be an author on an accepted abstract. However, you are not required to be the presenting author on the abstract to be eligible. The contest is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada only.

1. Travel grants will be awarded to support attendance at IMMUNOLOGY2025™ held in Honolulu, Hawaii from May 3–7, 2025.

2. All applications must be submitted to Bio-Techne via the online application by March 24, 2025, at 11:59 PM CDT.

3. Any researcher from an academic or non-profit institution is eligible to apply (technicians, PhD/graduate students, post-docs, principal investigators).

4. Authorship on an abstract at IMMUNOLOGY2025™ is required. Grant recipients are not required to be the presenting author of the abstract.

5. Applicants must complete the application form in full.

6. By submitting an application, an Applicant affirms that they are authorized by their institution to receive any award under this program.

7. Travel grants will not be awarded to employees of commercial or for-profit organizations (i.e. biotech or pharmacological companies). In addition, if you work in healthcare, e.g., as a medical doctor (MD) or a nurse, you are not eligible to receive a grant.

8. Travel grant recipients will be determined via a random drawing by Bio-Techne.

9. The recipients will be contacted by email and announced online.

10. Proof of attendance at IMMUNOLOGY2025™ will be required prior to travel grant payment.

11. Travel grants will be paid to the laboratory of the award recipient's principal investigator via the parent university or institution. If paid directly to the PI of the lab, taxes may apply.

12. You are not eligible if you’ve received a travel grant from Bio-Techne in the past 12 months.
